Jasmine Beckingham helped St Paul's Orthodox Church Albany to purchase its own temple of God. Jasmine gave us hope that we could complete the purchase and helped us in each phase of that process. She was easy to get hold of and gave us profession and courteous advice. It was a pleasure to work with her in the early years of her ascending career. I had been trying to sell my house for 5 years. I have used 4 different brokers from 4 different companies and tried FSBO. I had no luck with previous realtors, had a little luck with FSBO, and Jasmine was the only one to seal the deal and she did it in less than 5 weeks! Jasmine was phenomenal from start to finish. This was the first house we have ever sold so we were unclear about many aspects of the process. We had found another property we wanted to buy so felt under high pressure to sell ours but needed a certain price so the other house could go through. Jasmine managed our stress, answered our millions of questions in a timely manner at all hours and did everything she could to sell our home. Jasmine was everything we could have hoped for as a realtor from before it was on the market to the day of our closing. We were aware that we were very particular about how we wanted to certain aspects to go and even when she advised against what we wanted to do, she always did what we asked and was calm, gracious and kind about it.
